The grand opening for the new Crown Hill Value Village is Thursday.
The doors to the new store at 8532 15th Ave. NW open at 9 a.m. with a dedication to the Henry mural just before. The first 500 shoppers will get an autographed poster-size print of the mural on the west-facing wall.
The drive-thru donation station is already open. Tax-deductible donations go to Community Services for the Blind and Partially Sighted, who turn around and sell the goods to Value Village.

yay! more space for even more old junk! bacteria and filth FREE OF CHARGE
Oh noes! Bacteria!
This isn't new, just relocated. Whatever you're worrying your pretty little heads about already existed about a block up. If you didn't catch the plague then you won't catch it now. :-)
Yeehaw! I need to get a little desk lamp for the family's youngest student! I might just have to be one of the first ones inside!
Will Jaime Moyer be there?
I drove by this morning at 8:00 and there was already a massive line out front. I guess everyone is excited. The store (and mural) look really great. I'll have to check it out!
Sounds like Seattle (there`s a line a think i`ll go stand in it!!) Its the same store just bigger. All the stuff that was in storage at the other location can now all be displayed at once with a bigger showroom.I`ll let the newness where off a bit before i check it out.
