Ballardite charged with first degree robbery

Sean Edward Turay, a 20-year-old Ballardite, has been charged with Robbery First Degree (11-1-019060), according to charging documents that were filed on Thursday. Charging documents state that Turay is suspected of robbing a man at gunpoint in Ballard on February 25. According to the King County Prosecutors office, Turay is also suspected in several other street armed robberies in the Ballard area. He remains in jail on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on March 21st.
