After months of remodeling and updating, Bad Alberts Tap & Grill (5100 Ballard Ave NW) is back open for business.
The popular restaurant and bar posted this notice on their Facebook page Sunday afternoon:
Ok its a official! Bad Alberts Tap & Grill ” Home of the Famous Dockstreet Burger” is now OPEN for business!! Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner everyday :-) Please join us tonight Dec 5th for live music from 8-11pm with Ed Taylor ” The Smoothest Jazzman in the Northwest” & his band. Thank you to everyone that celebrated our Grand Re-opening last night! We had a great time and truly appreciate your support! See you tonight!!
We had a little teaser back in October when the new owners, Shawn and Cory Rockey, optimistically told us they’d be opening that month. Of course things come up which can push the opening date back. But not to worry, the wait is now over.
The Rockey brothers bought the beloved bar from Steve Katsandres earlier this year.
