The Ballard Elks is forming a new girl scout troop, and they’re looking for volunteers and local children to join.
From the organizers:
“Girl Scouts foster kids of courage, confidence and character, making the world a better place. The Ballard Elks Girl Scouts will build a stronger community through volunteering, charitable objectives, sharing and giving, that mirrors the Elks mission of “Elks Care, Elks Share”.
