Development Update Oct. 30: townhouse approvals on 15th Ave NW

Today’s update includes decisions to allow the construction of two separate nine townhouses units, just next to one another at NW 80th St and 15th Ave NW. The updates come from the city’s Land Use Information Bulletin.

Revised Notice of Decision:

924 NW 51ST ST

On September 14, 2017 the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI) published notice of the decision to grant a subdivision of one parcel into two parcels of land.

The notice incorrectly stated that SDCI had made a determination of non-significance rather than the approval of the short subdivision.

To correct this error, SDCI is re-noticing the decision.  There is no change to the decision itself.

Revised Notice:

Decision: Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed Parcel sizes are: A) 3,394 sq. ft. and B) 1,600 sq. ft. Existing structures to be demolished.
