The Taco Time in Ballard has reopened today after a long renovation.
Taco Time closed in September for the remodel, during which they planned to change the layout of the restaurant, add an outdoor patio, and rebuild the kitchen.
Everything in the restaurant is new, from the furniture, to the ordering window, and the drive-thru. There are large digital menus on the wall next to the reduced counter, with a large silver “Shilshole” sign in the middle.
They’ve also built a large outdoor patio, which employee Kevin tells My Ballard they’ll be opening up in the spring.
The hours are 10am to 10pm, seven days a week.
