Another small efficiency dwelling apartment is in the works for 15th Ave NW.
A 5-bedroom home currently stands on the site at 6743 15th Ave NW, which sold last August for $1.1 million.
The proposal is for a 5-story, 30-unit small efficiency dwelling apartment, with seven parking spots.
