The apartment building that will replace a small house near Swedish in Ballard is still in the works, with an Early Design Guidance meeting set for mid-September.
According to Seattle public records, the plan is to demolish the existing house at 1544 NW 52nd St and create a 7-story apartment building with 65 small efficiency units and no parking.
The 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom house sold for $1.9 million last October.
The public meeting will be held September 16th at 6:30pm at the Ballard Community Center (6020 28th Ave NW) in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room.
