Ballard chef Eric Rivera is taking his creative dinner experiences to the next level.
Early next year, he’ll host an Oregon Trail dinner at Addo (6420 24th Ave NW), based around the 1980s computer game.
According to Seattle Eater, the dinner will have seven courses, during which diners will choose game cards prior to every course. The cards will determine each diner’s fate, whether it be a snake bite, a wagon wheel falling off, or death by dysentery.
“My goal is to always have fun experiences happening within the restaurant and to challenge our team and the diner,” Rivera says.
The Oregon Trail dinner will be on Feb. 2nd, 2020. To keep tabs on Addo’s other dinner experiences, you can follow them on Instagram.
