The property that’s home to Frelard Pizza Co. and Valencian restaurant Tarsan i Jane has sold for $2.5 million.
The buyer is local real estate company Fremont Dock Co., who own several commercial and industrial properties around Fremont.
A spokesperson from Ethan Stowell Restaurants says Frelard Pizza Co. will not be impacted by the sale. We’ve reached out to Tarsan i Jane to see if ownership change will impact their business.
