Crown Hill Animal Hospital building sells for $3.3 million

The veterinary on Crown Hill has just sold for $3.3 million.

The VCA Crown Hill Animal Hospital, located at 9069 Holman Rd NW, was sold by Boyce-Haas Properties LLC, which has owned the building since 1997.

According to King County public records, the buyer was Wesley Paulson.

My Ballard reached out to the animal hospital, owned by the national VCA Hospital corporation, to see if the sale will affect the clinic. The vet staff weren’t aware of any impending changes to the hospital, but we’ll update with any new info.

  1. Umm, the staff will soon find out the hood is getting another gazillion people. Hooray, more density. More to complain there are too many people here. More Tesla’s, Amazon deliveries, and most important; more liberals. I will NEVER get used to or accommodate Manhattan descending upon the area I grew up in.

    1. Although i am likely one of the enemy, I understand. I can’t go home anymore because it isn’t there. I am sorry for your loss, truly. (and I’m a liberal)
