A corner site near the busy intersection of Stone Way and N 45th St has sold for $3.9 million.

According to the Seattle DJC, the buyer was Zhonghuan Investment USA LLC, associated Guangdong Zhonghuan Investment Group (GZI) and affiliate OneLin Capital.

The building that now stands at 4453 Stone Way N has been used as an art gallery named Nii Modo, focused on featuring art by womxn, people of color, and first time exhibitors, according to their Facebook page.

No solid details yet on what will become of the site, but the owners are also behind a 47-story hotel and residential project in the Denny Triangle. We’ll update when plans for the corner become available.

  1. Hoorah, another cabillion people living right on top of each other. And none will NOT own any autos. I miss Hooterville with skyscrapers.
