Sunny Hill pizzeria coming to Sunset Hill

There will soon be a new pizzeria opening up in Sunset Hill, taking the place of the recently closed Lucky Santo.

The new spot, called Sunny Hill and located at 3127 NW 85th St, is another creation from Jason Stoneburner. According to Eater Seattle, it will specialize in wood fired, thick, Detroit-style square slices and 12-inch round pizzas.

While pizza will be the main focus, Sunny Hill will also serve burgers, salads, and a few veggie plates. They’ll also run specials such as eggplant parm and spaghetti with meatballs, according to Eater. They’ll also serve brunch (think breakfast sandwiches) and a decent bar offering, with cocktails, wine, and beer from some local breweries.

Sunny Hill is expected to open soon — March, if all goes to plan. We’ll update when they nail down an opening date.

    1. Would be great if we can dedicate this space to house the less fortunate, those hurt by the crimes of the whites, since nothing seems to work here. I dont want to see yet another upscale failure of a restaurant made for the elite, whites of ballard.

    2. There are literally so many pizza places in Ballard. I know you’re crazy, but this is just plain not correct.

      1. Vera’s (now a pizza place)
      2. Patxi’s
      3. Palermo
      4. Ballard Pizza Company

There are probably even more I don’t recall or know about.

  1. It’s a wonderful place, I’ve been there a number of times with my family and have always had a fantastic time. Since I love spending time in this place, I have been considering returning there once again. I will visit https://edubirdie.org/edubirdie-legit/ website now to read authentic reviews about writing services before I get it to write me an essay on this excellent place.
