The Old County Bar now open on 24th Ave NW

There’s a new Irish sports bar in Ballard: The Old County Bar has opened in the former Fitzgerald’s location on 24th Ave NW.

The Old County is the new venture from The Old Pequliar owner Billy Whelan. He told My Ballard that patrons can expect a sports bar, “but with an Irish twist.”

You can expect a fairly classic offering of bar food—wings included—with trivia nights and sports on the big screens.

Here’s a few photos of the space, which Whelan says they’ve revamped and cleaned up:

The Old County is open noon to 2am, seven days a week. The kitchen opens at 4pm, with all-day happy hour prices on Mondays.

  1. “The Old County is open noon to 2pm, seven days a week. The kitchen opens at 4pm, with all-day happy hour prices on Mondays.”

I’m assuming there is no eat-in service, otherwise it’s a very Interesting concept. I like the “all-day” happy hour but they are only open from noon to 2:00pm.

If you order food between noon and 2:00pm do they start preparing it at 4:00pm? Do you have to come back the next day at 12:00 to eat the food you ordered? Hopefully they keep it refrigerated!

I guess the other option is you order your food at 4:00pm the day before and come in from noon-2:00pm the next day to eat it?

  2. The most significant thing about DoMyCoding is that clients can examine directly with trained professionals and help with java homework. Most Java tasks are astounding and require consistent direction to give top-grade papers. DoMyCoding has a phase where you can talk clearly with your writer to screen progress and give additional nuances. You could as a matter of fact request screen catches and explanations before the ordinary movement of the last paper.
