Update: Seattle Police say the incident is “now wrapping up” and the roads are reopening. There are no reports of any injuries.
Earlier: There’s a large police response for a report of a man with a gun on Leary Ave. NW between 20th Ave NW and NW Dock Pl. Seattle DOT asks that drivers avoid the area. Neighbors say it appears to be a man on an apartment balcony above Señor Moose. Members of the My Ballard Facebook group say a police negotiator was called.
