Ballard has a new bubble tea shop: It’s called DIY Tea Lab and recently opened inside Just Poke at 2215 NW Market St.
Just Poke opened last summer in the former Poke Lover location. Started by two Seattle locals, Just Poke has been expanding across the Puget Sound region with 14 locations in Seattle and surrounding suburbs.
The owners partnered with another Washington-based company, DIY Tea Lab, selling bubble tea alongside poke. Ballard is DIY Tea Lab’s sixth location; they started in Newcastle and now have two locations in Seattle, including one at the Just Poke in Fremont.
During their soft opening, all their bubble teas are selling for $5; you can take a peek at their menu here. They’re also giving away a free tea with every poke bowl purchase from Just Poke.
DIY Tea Lab’s hours are 12 p.m. to 7. p.m. daily.
