The ski-themed bar Woodsky’s served its last “shotski” at the end of January after 14 years at 303 N 36th St.
The owners announced the closing on social media in late January, saying “due to unfortunate circumstances Woodsky’s will be closing its doors for good next Friday the 31st.”
“It has truly been our pleasure serving the Fremont community and we are devastated that we can’t offer a cozy lil spot for a drink and a conversation moving forward,” the message reads.
Woodsky’s almost closed permanently back in January 2019—it reopened shortly after.
My Ballard reached out to Woodsky’s to learn more about the closure, and will update you with any new information.
