Ballard FC will once again host the opening rounds of the USL League Two Western Conference Playoffs, with quarterfinal and semifinal matches scheduled for July 18 and 20 at Interbay Stadium (3027 17th Ave W).
This marks the fourth consecutive year that Ballard FC has qualified for and hosted playoff games since its founding in 2022. The team, composed largely of players from the Seattle area, won the USL2 National Championship in 2023 and will compete for a second title this season.
The playoff schedule includes two quarterfinal matches on Friday, July 18. First, Utah United will play Snohomish United at 2 p.m. At 7:30 p.m., Ballard FC will take on Colorado Storm. The winners of those games will meet in the conference semifinal at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 20.
“This season has been a total dream,” co-founder and president Sam Zisette said in a statement. “From the results on the field to the continued engagement from the community, we are so excited about how Ballard FC has continued to grow in all aspects.”
Tickets are on sale at goballardfc.com/playoffs, with options for individual games or full weekend bundles. Seated general admission tickets are $20 for a single match or $40 for the weekend. Children ages five and under are admitted for free.
All matches will be held at Interbay Stadium, where gates open 90 minutes before kickoff. The venue will feature food vendors, a beer garden, live music, and kids’ activities. Parking is limited; attendees are encouraged to use public transportation, carpool, or ride-share options.
