A vacant lot at 1103 NW Market St, once slated for an apartment building, is now up for sale.
The project plans (filed under a different address, 5415 11th Ave NW), submitted three years ago, were to build a 5-story, 45-unit apartment building with no parking. Those plans now seem to have been abandoned, as the land is now back up for sale for $975,000.
The 5,000 square-foot corner lot at 11th Ave NW and NW Market St used to be home to a single-family residence, which was torn down in recent years to make way for the apartment project.
