Two years after Exit 5 Korean BBQ announced its plans to open a new location in Ballard, they’re hinting at a 2026 opening.
An employee told My Ballard on Tuesday that they plan to open later this year: “Maybe in September,” they said.
We first reported on Exit 5’s plans to occupy the ground floor of the Ballard Independent apartment at the corner of 24th Ave NW and NW Market St way back in 2024.
Co-owners Mison and Max Kang opened Exit 5 opened its Renton location in 2019. The Ballard restaurant would be its second location.
We’ll update you when they announce an opening date.
