A new land use application has been submitted for the development site on the northwest corner of 15th Ave NW and NW 85th St in Crown Hill.
The original plans called for a 7-story, 200-unit apartment with parking for 90 vehicles. The new application has been altered slightly, with 194 units and parking for 81 vehicles in the plans.
The revised application also includes plans for retail, office space, and a new restaurant. The development site extends north from the northwest corner of 15th and 85th to the former Pizza Hut location.
Comments on the project will be accepted through Dec. 16.
