Truffles & More dessert shop is changing locations next month, with plans to move into the former Johnny’s Ballard Shoe Service shop at 5510 22nd Ave NW.
Truffles & More opened as a pop-up in the former Ballard Blossom building in June 2021. Owner Kyma Czark started her dessert business seven years ago and has been popping up at events and farmer’s markets ever since.
Now, she’s ready to open a brick-and-mortar in central Ballard.
“I was sad to see the shoe repair shop go,” Czark said. “I had many a boot redone there.
“I am also very excited to be reinventing this place into a local dessert cafe, serving up a variety of delicious, ‘Melt in Your Mouth Mouth Goodness.'”
Truffles & More will be opening at its new location on June 4 at 10 a.m.
