Sustainable Ballard Festival this Sunday, 10/10/10
Ballard Commons Park will be hopping this Sunday at the Sustainable Ballard Festival. The annual event falls on 10/10/10, and coincides with the 350.com Global Work Party.
There will be many activities in the park including a paperback and children’s book exchange, an urban farm zone with chickens and bunnies, apple cider pressing and more.
Here is the schedule of events:
10 a.m. – 12 p.m. inspirational speakers & work party check-in
1 p.m. – 4 p.m. community work parties
4:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. community celebration with food & live music
